CHALLENGE: To automate the loan application process. The customer was using a tool called Provenir, customized to meet their needs. This tool had limitations in terms of flexibility, speed and application scalability. The tool was also not designed to accommodate the increasing business needs.

COGENT Solution

Our team is in the process of implementing a solution that will migrate the loan application process from the legacy system to FileNet (P8), Filenet Image Services.

This implementation enables long term flexibility, scalability and cutting edge technology implementation. Webservices, Web applications and Components were developed and used for the purpose of migration. Extensive customization is being done on the existing application integrating with the new system.

TOOLS USED:  Filenet P8 suite of products (Content Engine, Process Engine, BPM and Application Engine), Websphere (Java, J2ee), DB2 as the database.
