CHALLENGE: To develop a portal to be developed for the purpose of tracking the current status of “Government Regulation Compliance Approval Process” for any given drug.

COGENT Solution

Compliance Submission Initiative Portal was built to accommodate this need using Java J2EE technologies. The front-end is all JSP/Struts, while the back-end is implemented using time-tested J2EE patterns like business delegates, session facades, DAO.

TOOLS USED: Java (JDK1.4), J2EE, EJB 2.1, UML, JDBC, and PL/SQL, Oracle 10g, 9.2.x, 7.0 Weblogic 8.1 sp4, Tomcat Eclipse IDE, Ant, SQL Plus, Toad, Erwin, JUnit.
